it's insanely early in the am...off to the gym to train. Company picnic today so atleast i'll get out early today.

Morning. Up early to get some things done before I go to class for my exam. Should be pretty brutal. Then it's of to the Wegmans for some munchies for the weekend. Following that, coming home to do some housework and then hopefully start building my new project.

Mornin stos, er... Graphics.
Had a decent day yesterday - busy around the office, got lots of stupid stuff done. Also got in a solid lunch ride (road, just over 40 miles). When I got home I finished up some yard work, came back to the office to deal with a few "issues" then slept like a rock.

Today I have to go to an imaging presentation by another local college - should be fun *where's the sarcasm smilie?*

Morning - had a good ride last night with MBC and tonyhawk. I felt pretty good out there, but there is still one section that is giving me fits this year. I tried three times last night and still didn't pin it through this section. the third try my pedal hit a rock and I unclipped - I saw that as a sign to move on and try another day.

Damn I love mountain biking!!!

It's not that i don't LIKE to ride...but my mtn bike is like 10 years old and lame and between work and massage school...i don't have much time for riding.
