The summer in Atlanta is netting some new good riding.

Dropped in on a trail called Bear Creek, then hit Pinhoti 1, then Pinhoti 2, then Pinhoti 3 as an out and back.

We started and ended at a private campground called Mulberry Gap. They offer shuttle services, guides, showers, camping etc. Great people

Much like most of Pisgah. Deep forest trail riding. It reminded me of a Laurel ride minus the most tech sections of Laurel.

One of my favorite rides is to do runs on the end of pinhoti 2 and the beginning of 3. 3 or 4 runs down each gives a ton of descending the climbs up aren't bad either.

It is one of the best places to ride XC. Best on a 5" trail bike. Smooth haul ass downhill sections. The mountain town trail kicks ass to. Coming back pinhoti 3 maybe the best but there all great trails. Stay at mulberry gap and they'll set you up with some shuttles and some good food.
