One day closer to the long weekend.

I'll be picking my rims up tonight. They are just be trued but I'm excited none-the-less.

I just started using this guy by my house and I'm already pleased... just the phone conversations and him trying to help me.

Had a great ride last night.

Leaving tomorrow for my cousin-in-law's HS graduation, then a few days at Nemicolin Woodlands resort - vacation for me, work related for the Mrs.

lucked out yesterday and the race at Dalton wasn't rained out!!


I enjoyed the raced! no falls, bumbles or mechanicals

and (WTF) I was passing people on the long climb section !?

BUT I think I ended up about last in my age group

No ride last night , my sick kitty was still sick, so she and I had another trip to the vets this week. It's snotty outside, so I think I'm going bouldering tonight and then to check out a new frame (I'm secretly very excited about it...but it's a secret because it's not like it'll be mine for awhile).

yesterdasy course > 3 laps = 9.8 miles


well, it took me 15 minutes to get the damn cleat off my pedal, put a new bolt on and its all good

Thanks But she's a lifer unfortunately. She was diagnosed with Kitty asthma last year (yes yes, I had that incredulous look on my face too when I found out...seems so odd even still). She's had it her whole life, but it gets worse with age...Anyways, as a result of some of her vaccines she went into a massive wheezing attack that lasted 24 hours, so we went back to the vets last night and she was given a sedative.

Just had a concert...one more to go this afternoon and then it's PARTY TIME!!!! Which translates to 3.5 hours until I have me a beer, pack up the bikes (looks like I will be taking all 3) and hit the road for Snowshoe, WV!!!!

It's becoming an annual event. Last year, we rented a condo at Killington. This year, we rented a condo/house at Snowshoe. Good times...good times! We'll be sure to post SEVERAL pics & videos for all to enjoy!
