The merit raise is good - but what's even better is the salary adjustment to bring my salary up to a competitive level against my peers. Unfortunately I don't know what that new salary level will be yet. I'l be receiving a letter from the organization on July 1st with those details.

Rode the Belair last night babs - shifted flawlessly and NO Chain suck! Woohooo....it felt so friggin light too - if only I could have the travel of the cheeta packed inside the weight of the Balfa! haha! :D
