Just the hat and a little bling doug - wouldn't want to scare her off on the first date by wearing the full bling you know. ;) :D

One chain for tender, all-night lovin'; two chains if you're planning on throwing out your bedsheets in the morning

Kidding, kidding! What are the plans for dinner? Going out or staying in?

Dinner at 7 at a Mexican restaurant - good eats - we've both been there before (not together though) and we both like it. Not sure what will happen after that.

Um I have one quick question Mark, how are you ending up on so many dates lately?

If the weather there is anything like the weather here, find a park to take a walk in - it's absolutely beautiful here.

Stosh: he got game. :D

Stosh,

Tuesday wasn't really a date and tonight is my first real date in many months.

So - so many is a major overstatement.

But recently I have to attribute it to my purple hat and the bling - seems to be working. ;) :D

Dancin' over rocks n' roots!
Morning!

Took a total newbie out riding last night and she did well. She's quite nice and had me laughing my ass off a couple of times. She used to ride road & some paved/dirt trails in the Toronto area so Skidmore Stables was a bit tough for her, but she survived, had fun and may have even learned a thing or 2?!

Today I am sitting in the sun and reading the DaVinci code (I'm half through it and I have a need to finish it). Tonight we're going to look at the Chevy Equinox again and I have some work to do!!! My new cranks just arrived via FedEx and I need to build up the jekyll. It's gonna look SO awesome! :D

The weather is kick ass here. Maybe a post dinner walk to get a coffee and dessert or something.

Aubrey starts next Thursday I think.... she is starting her first full year as a full teacher. She keeps saying she's not sure if she is doing a job she wants to do. Did you have thoes feelings when you started? Any wise words?

Mark was just helping me out...lesson#3

Time to learn the 10 sentences you will ever need to know as a pimp. The only things you will ever need to say as a pimp are:

"It is my duty to please that booty."

"Hello, sweet thang."

"Bitch, you know what I want."

"Where's my money?"

"Let's do it. Doggy Style."

"Who's your daddy?"

"Hi, My name's (your name goes here) and I'm an alcoholic"

"Say what? You're a nun?"

"Word."

"Baby, if you were a booger, I'd pick you first."

Yup! I began teaching (6 years ago) in an elementary school teaching vocal general music and I was pretty sure I wanted to teach older students and band. Needless to say, I have moved into that band position and I don't love it as much as I thought I would and have found myself missing some aspects of what I used to do. What is she doing and what does she think she would rather be doing?

Tell her that the first full year is hard, frustrating and she will doubt herself every step of the way. It's best to try to have fun and enjoy what she's doing...ask for help from other teachers (in any area) and definately don't give up. My first year was REALLY tough...but it does get easier and it did get better. The first couple of months are tough, but then you get plenty of breaks to rest up and do it all again. Really, if she needs to talk, have her IM me or something. I would be glad to help her out.

I think she is overwhelmed by all the work.

She is an awesome teacher but she doubts herself a lot. She says she doesn't know if teaching was the right profession for her.

good morning...
Lets see, I already talked to my boss about my pay and schedule. I have two classes to attend. Then I need to go find a singing telegram for my girlfriends birthday. The plan is to get some pink gorilla or something just as funny to go give her flowers and sing to her in front of all her co-teachers and kids. Hopefully I'll find one. Then tonight we are going to the Grisman quintet show. Yea! I can't wait for it.

Bingo!!!! It's a lot of work at first, but it does get easier...once she gets settled in, and finds her routine she'll be fine!

Good Morning Stosh! :D

Not much new here, just packing so I can leave for Big Bear tommorow, other than that and some job searching, not to much else to do. I may wander over to the Farmer's Market later and see what good things I can find.

Mark good luck on you date tonight! :D

Have a good day.

No job yet, city and county jobs take forever to get back to you. :(

I have a season pass for Big Bear, so pretty much free for me to ride. And then just split lodging with other people...so it ends up being pretty cheap over all. :)

Hmmm...stubbornness...sounds a lot like me. Really, she can ask me questions and I would be glad to help her out. What's she teaching this year?

3rd grade. She likes the grade and kinda likes the position/school. She was happy with her class list but all of a sudden the principal changed some kids so she was unhappy about that.
