went to my kids' open house @ school last night...was very tired and blew off hockey. dropped clothes for a ride in tomorrow. boring night and day.

Your not kidding when you say it is Nice, was an Awesome morning to ride in.
My legs felt real tight when I got on the bike this morning , But they also felt powerfull. it was my fastest ride to work yet, 36:01 Minutes ! previous Best 39:20 minutes. I was flying . and I could havebeen faster except I had my Computer in my back pack ( always slows me a Bit )
suppose to be nice for the ride home too. Rain later tonight

Things for me suck. Split up situation got REALLY ugly Sunday/Monday am...
But...I took my second ride in the trails Sunday day and it was great. I had my first wipe out. Unfortunately the carnage wasn't good enough to post pics of [I know how you monkeys like carnage shots]. I'm enjoying the trail more and more. Was surprised at how far this little park went. A big Doberman came running out at me...scared the sh!t out of me...but it was ok. Still NO luck on the d*mn wheelie...but I'm not giving up just yet.

Good F'n morning. Got back from a month in Chicago on Sunday. Worked way too much, ate too much, did no riding and verly little sleeping. Found myself in some weird situations where I took charge of setting up a trade show and ended up telling my boss what to do.
So glad to be home so I can try to get my life back to normal. This is the longest stretch I have been off the bike in close to 5 years. If it doesn't rain tonight I'll go out for a short road ride.

Back to reality today after four glorious days off. *sigh*
My back is sore, my legs are sore, my triceps are sore, and I've got some kind of pain in my side that feels like a cramp, but cramps don't last three days. Life is good.

Anyway most of them look like they sleep with each other in the team bus on the way home.

Not much to f'ing report. Went for a f'ing ride yesterday evening after work. The days are getting shorter--that's not f'ing cool, man.
Made a pot of chicken soup last night and watched the f'ing defensive struggle that was the Steelers vs. Jaguars. Three f'ing field goals!??! Complete snooze-fest. I'm an American, dammit!!! I like to see points on the f'ing board!!!

My legs actually hurt the first few days from lack of excercise. I was grumpy as hell but that was due to stress as much as anything. To be honest I never really thought about riding. If I sat there thinking about riding, my dogs, home etc I would have become really depressed.
Ended up getting a 100 on the group project I was bitching about last week. Good to see that the professor, as well as the rest of my group members realized that I did the majority of the work.
Other than that I am so swamped with school work I barely have time to do anything else.

lucky me today gets to be in the field today,monitoring paving operations..fun,fun fun. yesterday was sooo nice out. ihad olans to ride in the late afternoon but I was beat once I got home from work. I wound up sleeping a bit and then went on a great dusk-into-darkness ride. it was great to get out except that I'm still sore from football sunday. it sucks to get old!

Morning! It is nice outside. There must have been a massive accident on the bridge this morning because I had to sit amongst the impatient-cell-phone-talkin'-coffee-drinkin' assholes this morning for nearly 40 minutes. A dude from NJ was practically sitting in my back seat.
Anyway, would have liked to ride tonight, but have an appointment. Went for a run last night on a local rail trail. It's good to try something different every once in awhile, but I'm still a biker at heart.
Stosh, you going to be around this weekend to ride or do you already have an excuse to bail on us?

i'm gonna be skipping my first class today, because i didn't do any of my homework for both of my classes today...so i'll be spending that time in the union doing the homework for my second class

had our F'n trail building, and then local ride club meeting last night, Emma sat on my lap and drew on a placemat, and hung in there like a champ. She did however remember the park that she saw on our way into the meeting, and promptly reminded me of it when she got bored with coloring and drawing. So I left between the two meetings.
that is about it!

Heh.....thanks, man! I would love to own my own resturant one day, but can't stand the hours away from life and riding. My wife is a really good cook as well, so we always have some Iron Chef battles going on to see who can make the best stuff.
