Mornin Stosh.
Was supposed to take today and tomorrow off, but I can't because apparently I need to be part of a series of interviews that are happening this week and next. I'm not sure why - no one is going to care what I think about the candidates.
But whatever...
Not much to report on. Taking the kids trick-or-treating tonight, that's about it.

Life is ok here, trying to get out early to satisfy the trick or treaters is about all.

What's up!? Gee, I'm so glad I bought two mammoth bags of Halloween candy at Costco to hand out. I've only eaten about half of it. 
I was in Boston yesterday for a seminar. zzzzzzz.....
Planning on ditching work a bit early so I cn hit the gym before all the little beggar...ehhhh...kids come around looking for freebies.

Morning! Finally got to watch the Pats last night. Nothing much planned for today, probably just eating candy that I don't need at work. Happy Halloween, all!
saw the new buzz band of the moment last night, The Hold Steady. sold out, über-enthusiastic crowd, loads of rock moments, drunken fun times to be had (on stage; i behaved myself). openers Sean Na Na were a lot of fun too, and those guys kept coming on stage during THS' set w/ shots. they were filming last night's show, so maybe my attempts at photography were captured for video history.

Morning all! It's a beautiful day and I am definitely feeling "ill". Actually we had a half day today and I didn't feel the need to go and watch the kids parade around the neighborhood in costumes so Syd & I are hanging out together today. We're going to do some grocery shopping, carve our pumpkin and get out for a nice long walk!

The wife and I went to look at another house yesterday evening. This was "The One" I think. It had a goregeous view, big yard, was close to interstate access and right outside of town. And the price was right up our alley. I'm thinking we'll put in an offer on this one ASAP.
Another busy day today.....yesterday was teh madznes$. Everything that could go wrong, did. I was "Captain Apology" all day manning the phones. Someday's, we just can't get out of our own way.

Got two invites this morning. I was invited to apply for a summer Co-Op/Intern position at GE. I was also invited by a professor to do my major qualifying project at Gillette next year. Could prove to be interesting.

Good Morning. I received a seatpost and some brake levers in the mail yesterday so when I got home from work last night I put my saddle on the post, and put that on the Zion. I threw on the brake levers and some old ODI lockons (but I need different grips) and she's looking more and more like a bike with each new part that gets added.
I also downed a bottle of Berkshire Brewing Company's Black and Tan offering. I'm not usually a big black and tan drinker, but this BBC Black and Tan is mighty tasty!
Just got a call from Liam's Mom and he almost threw up this morning, so she's bringing him to my office and I'll be taking the rest of the day off with Liam. I'll probably do some yard work while he rests.

It twas a f'n great night for a ride yesterday except for the "Hey boy"* coming out of the darkness somewhere along the river trail.

Morning all! Had a good 2 hour SS ride last night from 6-8. Forgot to charge my battery for my helmet mount though, so I had to use a buddy's bar mount light. That sucked!! I can't imagine trying to night-ride like that all the time. But at least I was on my bike and feeling strong. Not sure what's on tap for tonight. I don't think the wife and I ever really decided who's taking the kids out, and who's staying home to hand out candy. Either way, drinking beer will be involved of course. 
I've got some actual work to do here at the casino today (installing a new progressive sign and doing some work on our T1) so I'll be in and out... Have a good Halloween day everyone!!

Sometimes better rates but the primary advantage is a smaller down payment if you need it. The federal housing administration offers FHA insured loans that only require 3% down payment.
Unless you're putting a lot down, it probably won't make a huge difference in your mortgage so it's quite often a better deal than a regular loan, even if you can afford a bigger down payment.

Last night was a FUn ride home, fist time in a while on Pitch Black Back roads. It is so Peaceful I love it . Plus when cars would come the other way , Me with my Bright HID on my head ,they would have no clue as to what I was and would slow down ( one even stopped ) and pull as far right as they could. really nice day Here Think I will do a Lunch Ride.
Also Yesterday My Kids had a yearly Physical, and they come back and teh Doctor tells us My Daughter has a Strep throat ! She's feeling fine I don't get it . so Needless to say she is going to enjopy a nice day at home.

I've had a bunch of students with strep lately and they haven't felt sick either!
Sweet, viruses have mutated to make us not feel sick...

Yo, happy All Hallows Eve. Stilll home with remnants of the flu...waiting to call the Dr. I felt slightly better so I went for a short ride yesterday to "loosen up" for the weekend race, but of course it only made matters (and fever chills) worse. At least now that I'm home, I can go out and actuallly buy some candy for tonight instead of turning the lights off and cowering in the back of the house!

went to the shop and finished the wheel I built on Sat. (I needed to tension it, and make sure it was dished propperly!)
got home to find some guy that lives down the street, broken down in front of my house taking up my parking space, he couldn't get his Harley started so I helped him push it down the hill and we got it bump started on the second try so that was cool (I got my parking space back)
I got a "See me message in my mailbox today" by the pricipal, so I need to figure out what I did, or what I forgot to hand in... (luckily he likes me, maybe its nothing but I just hate not knowing)
