If you are looking for large prints, posters, or anything like that, check out www.wythken.com Their work is GREAT, but also expensive. Although, you do get what you pay for.
I have used them for personal stuff for design competition entrys, and our theatre department uses them for large scale printing of show posters, programs, and basically anything else needed. If you are looking for quality, they are it.

I don't know about their services via internet, but looking around on their site it looks like you can email them files and what not. They have a store here in Richmond VA, so thats how I know about them

OK, I screwed up. I looked around on their site more, and it says they provide service to the Central Virginia Area. You might still give them a call and see if they can help you if you don't find anywhere else

Check psprint.com and see if they meet your needs.

I've had them do a lot of work including brochures, posters, catalogs, various packaging, etc.
