Oh not only that, but we pay them. But with that said I understand that most that goes to paying for the common areas mowed, and plants, trees, flower replacement. Three community pools, and a training facility with a trainer, but still...it's a kick in the :nuts:

Yeah well all that is one thing but telling you what you can do on YOUR property is another thing.

I got a new furnace with an AC last year...it is amazing how much more efficient the new furnace is...I love it...

ACtually there's a good chance if it was that old it may have been converted from coal to oil...

I really think it was pushing 50 years.

The house was built in the 50's. The furnace has my grandma's writing on it, and she hadn't lived here since 1970ish so at least 30+.
