I went down deceit today... One of the hardest trails on the mountain for sure... You don't even freakin touch dirt. I think it's harder than utah, although that one downhill rock section on utah is pretty gnarly.

Its not the hardest combo of trails but i run it 3-4 times when i get to diablo. Take either triple roll or twist to domboo down to the triple drops, hit one of those(usually the small one) then run through the rest of alpine. Like i said, not the hardest combo but im getting faster and faster. Also mix it up with upper and lower breakout after triple roll.
