I am going to the Killington GES race and then to Highland two weeks after. My truck gets 13mpg with the trailer and 20mpg without.
It goes without saying that by not having to drag my trailer the extra 600 miles or so round trip amounts to significant fuel saving for me.
To say nothing of my carbon footprint.
It looks, based on my research, that I can drop it in the Albany, NY area somewhere near route 87 and not have to backtrack too much.
I have considered looking into storage facilities in that area, but thought I would look into other options as well.
Any ideas?
