Ok, so someones coming to take a look at the frame I'm selling tomorrow, and I need to remove the cranks.

I don't have many tools (basic wrenches, a socket set, etc) and I've never done this before. I've gotten the non drive side crank arm off.

Now, to proceed what do I do? Do I tap the spindle and it pops out the other side?

I tried to Google it but came up empty handed. I just don't want to accidentally end up damaging something.

Why don't you have a seat over there?

Once the non-drive side arm is off you need to tap out the spindle/drive side with a rubber mallet or similar soft hammer. You're on the right road.

Right on, thank you very much!
Do the BB cups unthread pretty easily?
Depends. Mine come out just fine but I grease them up before installing and I don't torque them down to some insane lbs/inch. Make sure to use a firm steady hand with the cup tool as it's easy to bugger up the indents on the cups if you get sloppy. If I 'member right drive side cup is reverse threaded as well.

Ah, so this step would require a BB tool wouldn't it?
I'll probably have to head up to the shop to get that taken off.
