Sunday, also known as "WhythefuckamIupalreadyandontheMonkey" day. I dream of sleeping in an hour or two all week, and then Sunday comes along and BAM...wide awake WAY too damn early.
Awoke in ther land of billionaires and rednecks. Let's see what's for breakfast (I assume coffee and lobster thermidor) then maybe ski with the upper crust and at least one dirtbag.
Proof that @Adventurous does in fact ride bikes on occasion.
Started early enough to beat the sun and thought lights might be needed at the start, but began to brighten up just as we started. 'Twas nice to ride and talk about all things; our kids, hammers, bikes, our undying love for each other, house shoes.
10/10 would do again.

dumped snow thursday into friday night. snuck out early for a "bcxc" ski. worked me to the bone. literally. my back is still super sore, 2 days later. spent most of the afternoon in bed yesterday. will try and whip it into submission by DH skiing with my boy this afternoon. vitamin I to the rescue...

got out for a quick ride on the local pirate steeps. shoulder felt good on the chunk. 52* and sunny. pleased.
Laid down for a short snooze and woke up three hours later. Sort of screwed the day, but trails are pretty soaked right now anyway. A hike will happen tomorrow, damnit.
