I have ankle problems. I sprained it this weekend for the 5th or 6th time in my life. Trying to go way too fast for me into a corner following my friend that is alot faster than I am. Put a foot down and POP.
I wear 5.10 lows. I plan to race at the open; I guess I have to qualify first, thats beside the point.
Should I get a pair of 5.10 high-tops or brace and wrap it? Or both?
I REALLY dont want this to happen again or re injure it. Anyone with chronic ankle problems that can lend some advice?
