A quick search on realtor.ca says the cheapest stand-alone house listed on the MLS for sale in the Squamish area is Cdn $829000.
One of the things that made it attractive to move back to Denmark is that there is really no foreign investments in regular houses so I got a lot of house with my NYC created equity. If only I could get the damn renovation project started.
