Hope Rotors and Code R Calipers

Anyone have experience with Hope rotors and Code R calipers? I'm wondering if the 2011 Avid Code R calipers are wide enough for the thickness (3mm I believe) of the floating Hope Moto V2 rotors.

Thanks for any suggestions!

Not quite what you're after, but I've used 2010 Elixir calipers with 203mm Hope floaters...

The avid and hope discs are a pretty similar thickness (no idea what it is), but the floaters were a fair bit heavier, so they didn't last long.
