I play street all day and went to a bikepark yesterday, So terrible the U pole is nearly 2.5m high and nearly straight,how to cycle into it? and i see others flying out with a wonderful table,but i cant ride my bike out of it. they just depend on a high speed or skill?

Well, you should definately ask this in the BMX & Dirt jumping forum here.
But I don't have the best advice. I have never really aired out of a half pipe much.(I assume that's what you are talking about. Airing out of ramps at a skatepark/bikepark.) Just hit it with enough speed and give it a tiny hop so you leave the ramp right before your tires hit the coping (the round part at the edge). Do a 180 in the air and then land a bit below the coping on the ramp.
For dropping into a halfpipe, just come up to it at an angle then do a little hop and turn the front end to point down as you go over the edge.
