King vs. Industry 9?
NOW, mind you, I'm NOT interested in I9's alu, straight pull spoke hub design. I'd be interested in their Classic line with traditional spokes.
I currently run King Classic hubs on an EWR Woodsbike hardtail (old school "V" brake set up...Cane Creek Direct Curve 5's on Rhino Lite's) and a King headset.
Now, looking to build up an all around full susser and am curious. Burly trail set up, and using it for an occasional lift trip, etc. I love supporting small(er) companies. I'd never stray from a King headset. Love King's environmental practices. But, would also love to support a company from the East.
Anyone with experience with I9 "traditional" hubs? 20mm Thru axle front hub being thought of with anywhere from a 5+ to 6.5" frame.
Maybe built up on some Syncros DS28 rims....just off of the top of my head.
