You can lace a 28 with a 36 hole hub, but I wouldn't recommend using it for DH.

The best way to go would be when the hub dies the next time, just save it as a spare rim for the front.

if you call up hadley, I'm almost positive they offer custom drillings because i've seen a similiar question asked a couple years ago for probably a 135 so i'm sure they'd offer it for a 150.

is the 823 or whatever it's called the same rim as a deemax?

from what i have been told the basic design of the rim is the same but it has less spoke holes and possibly a little different attachment at the rim.

please correct me if i am wrong.

that is a good idea though. i will see what hadley can cook up, i love their products.
