I had a chance to ride this place a few weeks back and it was dang cool. Not super amazing and mind-blowing, but pretty nice. There were rock gardens, steeps (the pic of Holy Chute doesn't do it justice), ladder drops, tables, skinnies, and more. Much love to the city for allowing this and funding it. Also note, this is under the freeway, so there is cover from the rain, and the few times the sun may try to show up in Seattle, riders will be protected from that too.
edit - don't forget the pump track.
