Well, I was on the last jump of the rhythm. I was doing a no footer, and when I landed I cased, and didn't have both my feet on. I let the bike go out from under me but I went with it, because my leg was attached to the pedal.

Damn brother, I can relate. I was screwing around between classes last week. Just doin' manuals. Simple, right??? Yeah, right. Not without shin guards(someday I'll learn). Slipped a ped and took a hit that produced a gash 'bout 3" by an eighth of an inch deep. Cleaned it, bandaged, never gave it a second thought... until last night. Insult added to injury.... went to hosp. last night. Shin swelled and the wound puked green. Nice. The results: tetnus shot, a week's worth of antibiotics, and a 15min. lecture on the importance of safety gear. ITS ALL GOOD!

Yeah, I got a tetnis too, it had been a while, I think my shoulder hurts more now than my leg.

Isn't HMO wonderful. There needs to be insurance on bikes... that way when they break, all you have is a $10.00 copay to get it fixed.
