So just to get that one clear: The 951 has a 5" HT and so is same as the sunday. So I'll ha ve to use the sunday cups and will by doing so get -1°. Right? So if, I could order...

Thats correct, if the 951 is a 5" ht then the sunday cups will fit perfectly and give you -1 deg.

I doubt you would want more than that though, isnt the 951 already a 64deg head angle? - would make for a 63deg head angle depending upon the fork used and build intense used when they measured their angles.
