You could always go with the Straighline product.
Although I've noticed that not too many US shops support them.

we have some dangerboy levers left in stock at the shop, the one guy in the shop that actually uses them wants to go to straitlines instead after trying mine.
A long time ago, dangerboy use to make the straitline levers, for straitline.
now that Straitline lever is actually helping your hands/fingers work better. they also make wheel chair brakes/old people walkers brakes. they are widely known in cananananda for doing such things.
the dangerboy levers are there to just look cool. no real knowledge put into them.
