So I already have a Session 88 on the way and I have a good opportunity I cant pass for a trail bike.
Im a light guy, pretty smooth and I live 30 min south of Whistler so we get pretty much all kind of different riding around here.Im currently on a Nomad with a coil, it climbs ok( perfect for me anyway) and its pretty good going down.It could be better but at that weight ( 31 ) I have yet to find anything better for both climbing and DH.The climbing part isnt that important to me but the weight is, I want something light , nimble and easy to throw around.
Now the things is, I could get a Remedy ( im not interested in any other bike for the moment) but I never had a chance to try one.Looking at the reviews and spec , Im very interested.
Im a bit worried how the air shock would perform on the downhill.Since its been custom valved for that specific frame I doubt an off the self COIL would feel better...Of course I could have it Push but even with a Pushed coil shock , would it performs as good as my Nomad or perhaps even better?
I find the idea of riding 2 Treks bikes quite appealing as well.
Anyone here had any experience with it?
