can the 137mm hubs for floating brakes be converted back to 150mm with a couple of part swaps or is it a bit more involved than that?

i changed mine a while ago, so ya, its possible. From what I recall, all I needed was a new hub axle.
i'd say call hadley, but you're across the pond.
maybe shoot an email to go-ride, they're here in the US, are good with email, and carry a lot of hadley stuff.

I'm pretty sure you just need the inner sleeve of the hub that the axle goes through. I used to have a Ventana Cuervo with the floater and had both to swap back and forth.

balle racing have the 150 to 137 conversion and it's just the inner sleeve so i can safely assume you're right!
