really nice bike man, well, its kinda expected coming from you. those links make my worry a bit. hopefully they prove them selfs in the long run.


those tires suck that way. they are so much better the other way round. if its your first time on 2.5 comp 16's be careful on hard pack, the fold over with out much warning. the 2.2s are much better.

The head-angle looks steeper because the rear wheel is higher near the tree.
Nice bike btw. on the heavy side but bombprof (the frame)

The head angle is not that bad, especially now. The frame was 8.4 without a shock. It's got to be around 10lbs with a shock and steel spring, and probably a hair under 10 with a Ti spring. Probably could have got the bike lighter with different wheels & brakes.
