please could you give me the email address of someone in the UK at giant that has a good reputation and will be able to help me with warrantay aspects as the shop doesnt wanna know i dont think.

my AC team frame ( AC1 i think its called abroad) has a super deluxe/Pro deluxe shock fitted.)
i set it up to my liking and then left it. now for month it hasnt been touched and the rebound adjusters stuck into the shocks shaft.

i have triad loads of things to get it out but really dont want to damage the shock. im guessing this is a warrantay issue or isnt it?

Rory-
Well, it does sound like a warranty problem (although remember that I'm not a warranty guy, so it's just my opinion), but there are two issues here:
1. I have never met anyone from Giant UK, so unfortunatly I can't furnish you with an email address of anyone there. Sorry.
2. If it is a problem with a Rock Shox rear shock, then it would not be Giant issue. Rock Shox likes to deal with their problems directly, as it takes less time to see trends in their products that way. I know that Giant USA doesn't take any Rock Shox warranty stuff, and I assume that it's the same overseas. If I were you, I'd check with the Rock Shox importer first, and see if they can take care of you.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help!
