I wanted to know if there any restrictions to the bike you ride. and if there is a fee. to just go there and ride.

im sure there are restrictions on a bike if you plan to race it. and im pretty sure you can go and ride there anytime. they do have a website. just google winchester bmx and it should be there!
i used to stop by there on my way up north and we'd just go ride the track. no one was ever there. it was never well maintained but this was like 6 years ago.
no restrictions on the bike mtb's 26" wheeled bikes race in crusier class, forks and shocks and gears are allowed, just no kick stands and reflectors
okay, sounds cool! I might be going there sometime and tryin it out. I just put some panaracer fires on my bike, and messed up the front disc I think.
