I'm about as little a fan of Kona as it's possible to be, because they're pretty crude meat-axe things, but the Stabs are actually a decent bike to ride. Not the lightest, not the prettiest, not the most refined in any way, but the geometry is low, slack and long and that's 95% of the ride characteristics sorted right there. They are a fast bike, much as it pains me to admit it.
