Honestly I lobbied hard for this course last year as it wasn't used for a couple years and got overgrown. Heck, it almost disappeared. It''s pretty easy to ride but when I stop and look at it, I can't belive we ride down it on a bike!

our team member re-broke his femur during his race run and was moved to Kingston for emergency surgery.
