Dr. Nick at my local urgent care says nothing broken. Two weeks of taking it easy and chugging ibuprofen should have me right as rain.

Man, my spine is twisted AF in those X-rays.

Yup, concert tonight in Englewoo, hoping to make it home by 6 or 7 tomorrow. I am going to give my knee a week and then see my PT friend. You riding?
Nah, rainy AF down here. Safe travels, dude. Glad you got to see some of the goods 'round these parts. I'll definitely ping you whenever I'm headed up Jackson way... though that's usually Ikonically storm-chasing in the winter. You got room for 1-3 smelly ski bums? Maybe rent that travel trailer of yours out as an Air BnB?

Sorry I couldn't make it work.

Today's high of 45 freedums, 50ft visibility and drizzle has not lead to a ride :(

This weather is straight Seattle-type dismal. It affects one's mood!
perhaps you'd like to trade? High of 96 tomorrow, 98 Thursday, and 92 Friday all up in hurr . . . before cooling down to low 80s over the weekend . . . gonna by 80+ days over 90 this year. MEH.

Well, the concert was really good, and I saw one of my college buddies for the first time in 30 years, it was like time hadn’t passed. So all in all, a successful trip, notwithstanding a knee injury and expensive ticket.
