So my trusty scott is near the end of its days, frames getting a bit twisty. I reckon this summer I'll be in need of a new trail bike

I dont want to speend a crazy amount of cash as the bike will kinda get thrashed, as it will be used for every thing from XC to FR.

A frame that would be around 68ish degries with a 130mm fork. would be best, space for a 2.35 tire is a must with lots of mud space.

Any suggestions? I was looking at the Surly 1x1 and Santa Cruz Chemelon as I can get them from my lbs but I am open to suggestions. Thanks

Jensen has a close out on it's Zion 853 frame its pretty nice.
Or you could check out On-One , the Inbred frame is stout.
Or just by a complet Redline Monocog its the best deal in SingleSpeeds, for around $500 you get a Whole bike! swap out some of your parts keep the rests as spares....

You might check out the Fetish Fixation, I 've been ridin one for a year, the head angle is 71 degrees. I run a Recon fork, adjustable from 85 to 130mm. Stiff aluminum frame, with burly stays. I got mine from Fetish direct, but you can find em on ebay reasonably cheap.
