If you put your legs over the bars, it would kind of ride like a recumbent, only way less comfy.

Ive seen something similar when I was in munich for their bike expo. Had no idea how anyone under 7 feet can ride that.
Though the best funky bike for me there was a horisontal bike where you sat 4 feet above the ground. Test rode it and I felt like I cant ride bikes again.
