Well lets see..... that is one deer worth of meat minus the tenderloins, back strap(prime rib), heart and liver.....

Last year, I harvested two antelope and four deer. I have today five pounds left from 2018 season.... so about 250-275lbs for a family of three, with some sharing and get togethers for a year.

Realistically, we could go through this in three months, but its all burger so longer
