Heading back from the second wedding reception my wife and I held in Montreal. She just dropped me off at the airport for me to head back to Charlotte. Felt like my heart was in my throat when we had to part.

Make me feel better, I am super sad.

~ As an update, we are married now, but have to live apart for the next 8 months while we go through the visa process. If all goes smoothly I will be moving up to Montreal just as Spring is started up for 2012.

Seriously though, my French retention rate is terrible. I have Rosetta stone and everything and for some reason it doesn't stick. I feel like the only way I will be able to learn is if I am forced to use it on a daily basis.
