I have a an X-vert dual crown fork which needs more oil. What is the measurement i should use and where should i measure from. Do i leave the dampening rod in all the way, half way or remove all together.
I also need new bushes, is there a clearance measurement involved(like pistons to bores) or just insert them as they come?
Thanks for any help you guys/girls can offer, as there isn't a manual on the manitou site and since I'm replacing them next month the forks aren't worth spending a fortune on at the local bike shop.
