agreed. lots of the world cup tracks don't exactly lend themselves to passing mid-course.

good to see that he's got some skills off the jumps though, hopefully he does work more at racing as well as slope!

He gave it a damn good run! He had the 2nd place locked in the heat he crashed in. He just pushed it a bit too hard in a loose turn. And all of that despite the fact he had trouble balancing in the gate and got out snapped by everybody.

As for the gate you have to remember that he's on a singlespeed bike with flats.
