Dreamt that I had stage 4 brain cancer and was wandering around confused. So today started off oddly.
Working on work and house has now been supplemented with working on cars. Making a dent in the list, but still got some fluid changes and tire rotations to go.
My Garmin tracks my sleep and my "sleep score" last night was a personal best of 87, yet here I am sleepy and dragging ass this morning.

I played hard this weekend so between Kayaking and riding the road bike my muscles are lacking enthusiasm this morning.

Update: Hand and shoulder are getting better slowly. I can play guitar again, the shoulder is more problematic. Hard to believe those sutures were just two months ago.
Spent a whole week without having to listen to someone spend tens of minutes talking in circles while saying or concluding nothing.
