Walked the dogs.
Quiet in the forest.

Pondering getting out for a small ride, to test my tubeless setup on an old ass fatbike tire.

A mix of making people happy and disappointing some today. You really can't win them all.

I had another night of waking up in the middle of the night feeling wide awake. Life changes and work I am sure is to blame. My best solution is still to work out but I just don't have the energy every day to do that. Well my overall best solution is to ride my mountain bike but not easy this time of the year.

spendin'! Bought some kendas for my road derp. Had a great ride on Saturday during the long break. Big tires are squishy and fun. Bike feels pretty fast despite being pretty slow. Hoping I can make it as winter friendly as possible.

The aliexpress crap I bought also paid dividends. $20 winter bibs kept my legs warm in 34ish weather. I think any colder and it just won't be fun anymore.

Returning to work reminds me of how thankful I am that I get 75% of my holidays when there is a solid 6 hours of daylight, which helps to cover up the fact that it is cold and wet.

Morning Monkeys.

28 fucking freedoms this morning still. Brrr, this ain't right. At least it's clear, but I gotta swap the wife's wheels in this shit.

<edit> for some reason my work address was the preferred mailing address (must have been hiding shit) so the running shoes I ordered for the wife tried to deliver ON THANKSGIVING!!! Of course the building was locked Thursday and Friday and they tried both days. It's also locked on Saturday, which they also tried. I tried getting a hold of OnTrac who is apparently delivering the goods to tell them Monday is the day, but the number I was given didn't work.

So they should deliver today eventually.

Did you visit the townhouse ?
Yes, I did and there was another one that had just hit the market too. Both super nice houses. Plot twist. Ex-wife was out to look at the same houses and starts complaining I have ruined her life again thinking about living in the same area as she has looked at without informing me about that. You can't win :banghead:
