i will be moving back to stratford, connecticut for the next few months and want to know where the best downhill shuttle trails are. have ridden trumbull http://www.somewhereinsocal.com/trumbull.mov and am looking for more long and fast decents. i will have a 4runner with 3 bike rack for shuttles. will be there october 1st and will be riding every weekend until the lifts stop running. highland, diablo, platekill, catamount, and? if anyone wants to ride, send me a private message.

Well there isn't much real DH in Connecticut that I know of, but it is a pretty good location in relation to a lot of mountains in new england, new york and new jersey
check out this thread for lift serviced stuff

there is lots of other freeriding, but shuttling is usually not an option. Nepaug, in new hartford ct is some of the best freeriding in the area.
check out crankfire.com, its the connecticut mtb forum, its pretty active and pretty xc but you can find lots of freeriders on it too.

edit 100th post!!!:greedy::bonk::happydance::banana::brows::cupidarrow:(sorry bout that!)
