What does the rear derailleur look like when its tensioned? Does the chain fall when you back pedal? I dunno much about the LRP but I may be able to help, plus I may want one myself so let us know how it works!

Looks about right. Test ride is the only real way to see if it works properly. Not sure wich way the roller goes on that one though.
