Wow, DAMN NEIGHBORS< its the opposite with ours, my neighbors take our packages and then let us know that they have them, there this really nice old couple. They do it when we are away so they dont get stolen or rained on.

You should call UPS....the must have a signature to leave it I believe. And as someone else said...check you rmom's homeowner's insurace. My ride got stolen along with $5000 of other stuff and my parents homeowners gave me money.
