This is my "Uni-Cable-Cam" or UCC for short. It is 100% backpack portable, 100% solo setup and is gravity powered. It can easily be used for mtb as well, and can zip down the line as fast as you can ride!

For this video I was riding my internal geared 26er, (1:1.5) and hit speeds close to 17 mph.

That's a pretty sweet little gadget there. If I were you I would try to slap a patent on the design. This is something that could be marketed to the GoPro crowd pretty easily, especially since it would be only a fraction of the cost of the camera. I would buy one.
