So I bought a kona bass that we had sitting on the floor for over a year. I've been looking for a short travel Dual, with the ability to jump but still hit the trails with the rest of the shop guys. but still have the ability to run single speed. So the obvious option was the Bass. I got the Brown/Gold combo. I wasn't stoked on the color combo until I started checking out BTI and QBP and got a feel for some Gold and brown Parts upgrades lol.
So I took It jumping with some FUNN 24's that I had on my old P-bike. That was fun but heavy.

Then I took it on some trails and did some climbing with the 26's back on, and that sucked, because climbing sucks.
Blurry Pic FTL.

Then I took it Jumping with the 26's and it was a blast.
Second ride of the season, first on new bike- No footers and x-ups a plenty. Then I wiped bad on a no footer and I haven't ridden in five days.
Overall-
Cool bike
Should be fun to upgrade in the future..Bars, Stem, Brakes, Wheels etc.
Seems like a solid frame and pretty reliable fork.

Yeah Id love to remove it but I need it for when everyone wants to trail ride.
The spring in the derailleur is pretty stiff and doesn't smack too hard when jumping.
