The Old Fashioned in Madison, WI. Ok, so it's 4.5 miles away from my house, but that's kind of local. Any place that has this on their beer menu is off to a pretty good start:

But it gets better - 29 tap lines, all beer brewed in WI:

100-something bottled beers, again all brewed locally with the exception of the 3 "imports" listed above:

And yes, that is an entire selection to Bocks, Dopplebocks, and Maibocks:

And they have good food too:

Had the camera for a bike race around the capital this weekend, and couldn't resist posting homage to a great, great bar.

Obligatory pic of the women racing past the front entrance:

Any place where you can get a sunny side up egg on a burger is tops in my book. :thumb:
Beer list looks swell too.
Try anything good?

Recently I've had:

New Glarus Imperial Saison - still up in the air on this one, need to try it some more.
Furthermore Fatty Boombalatty - Quite yummy, and $2.50/pint on special this month
Rhodes Scholar Stout
Viking Copperhead
Titletown's Johnny Blood Red
Capital's Blonde Dopplebock - VERY tasty. Perfect for the gorgeous weather we had this weekend.

edit: 6 down, 144 left go. until they start changing out seasonals and then I'm screwed... this could be a never-ending project.

hmmmmm. :brows:
