That would have to be headset and any bike shop or online it can be bought or ordered. They should be able to get bearings only on certain headsets.
Or just buy a new headset, they arent alot of money.

There should be a number on the seals or you can call the headset manufacturer and find out what size as well.

As much as im a fan of asking about stuff, its also pretty ok to use google once in a while.
You will find chainreaction to be the worlds biggest online retailer, and they are just that for a reason.
Theres always a few who have bad feedback with them, but having shopped with them for years now, and always gotten good service, my take is that they are ok
