Nice looking bike. What gearing are you running? That front ring looks big compared to what I run.

It's used 50% off road, 50% on road. It's a 2.33:1 ratio; 42t : 18t. I find it fine for almost all single track, just gotta really crank it up steeper hills. I have a second chain/chainring combo that gives me 2.1:1 for xc race use. Not trimming the brake hoses, since I will probably interchange those brakes onto a dh bike soonish.
