Your dealer has to order them at Mavic, or a company who sells them to bikeshops.

any good bike shop will have them in them in stock. mavic has done a really good job over the last couple of years making sure that spare parts for their wheels were widely available. just call up some local shops and check

yeah, got some, thx. didnt really want some for free, just needed a source, private party or whatever. last time my LBS wanted me order a whole set just to get a few that i needed. Paul here is really cool and has some in stock. scott
