We are starting the first MTB club in the ArkLaTex and we filed our articles of incorporation and now, according to the La. Secretary of State, our corporate existence began on Dec. 1, 2003.
We approved our by-laws Tues eve and now we are ready to have a membership kick off meeting in Jan.

LOCO (Louisiana Off-road Cycling Organization) is a volunteer run, non-profit, officially chartered organization devoted to furthering the education, understanding, responsible use, conservation and preservation of public mountain biking trail resources in order to enhance mountain bike riding, racing, fun, fellowship, safety, diversity and responsibility for all mountain bicyclists in the Ark-La-Tex. We publish our quarterly newsletter, the LOCO Notion, to keep members informed of important issues, organized rides, work parties, races, socials, festivals, and other events. Membership in LOCO entitles you to event discounts, a LOCO Notion subscription, web and e-mail communications, volunteering, teaching, friendship, fellowship, enjoyment, and camaraderie. Come join LOCO. "Its what we are!"
