I've done plenty of research, but just wanted one final poll to push me over the edge before my purchase.

Most of my time on this rig is lift-served, so pedaling uphill is not an issue. However, with the geometry of the old V10, I'm wondering if the platform on the DHX might be helpful? Still leaning toward the Roco.

How are the Roco's? Everyone is pitching them, but they haven't been out long enough to give a full honest opinion on them IMO. I remember when Romic first came out and everyone was on the Romic bandwagon. There there were issues now most avoid them, same with the 5th, same story.
